Here I show you the ultimate pranayama, or yogic breath control exercise, to balance your body and mind. It is calming, relaxing, and can be done everyday with great health benefits. If you haven’t already learned the basic breath in my Freedom Kit video, “How to stop skin picking urges in two minutes flat,” you’ll want to get access to that first. If you have been enjoying that breathing exercise and finding it effective, then you are in for a treat here! This one is even more powerful. The only drawback compared to the basic exercise is that you can’t exactly do it anytime and anyplace, as it requires you to have your hand on your nose!
By the way, the setting is a pond that my boyfriend made. This video is our last sighting of the beautiful yellow fish we imaginatively named, “Yellow”. Poor Yellow was eaten by raccoons one night soon after this filming.
